Conference Pear Falooda

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp sabja seeds ( sweet basil seeds ) soaked in 3/4th cup water
  • 3 tbsp falooda sev cooked as per package instructions
  • 3-4 tbsp rose syrup
  • 1/2 cup Conference Pear (slightly over ripe), peeled and make puree into blender
  • 2 cups chilled milk
  • 1 tbsp sliced pistachios
  • 3 scoops of Vanilla Ice cream (optional)
  • 1 medium sized Conference Pear (slightly over ripe), peeled and chopped in small cubes
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Tutti frutti (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Khas Syrup
Procedure

    Layering falooda

  1. 1. In serving glasses, first add 1 tbsp rose syrup
  2. 2. Add 2 tsp sabja seeds/ sweet basil sweets
  3. Add 2/3 tsp falooda sev and khas syrup
  4. Add 3 tsp Conference Pear Puree
  5. Add 1/4th cup milk
  6. Repeat the layers again.

  7. Add 1/3 cup milk, Add chopped pear
  8. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and some chopped or sliced dry fruits. Also add some chopped some conference pear
  9. Serve Conference Pear Falooda immediately
