Lover’s Delight

A delightful drink with kiwi, strawberries, orange, grapes, watermelon and pineapple.
Ingredients

• Watermelon 200 grams

• Orange 1

• Pineapple (canned) 2 slices

• Grapes 100 grams

• Kiwi for garnish

• Strawberry crush 2 tablespoons

• Crushed ice as required

• Orange juice 1 1/2 cups

• Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops

Method

Wash, peel and de-seed watermelon and chop roughly. Peel, separate segments and de-seed orange segments.

Roughly chop pineapple slices. Wash and drain grapes. Wash, peel and thinly slice kiwi fruit. In a mixer add watermelon, orange segments, pineapple, grapes (keep a few aside for garnish), strawberry crush, ice and blend well. Add orange juice and mix well. Add a little crushed ice and blend again.

Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh grapes. For kids add a little vanilla ice cream and mix well in the mixer and pour into a glass. Serve garnished with kiwi fruit slices.
